Mr.Rana Randhir Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-11-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 63 of 2019, GR No. 2003 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 447, 326(A), 427, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the petitioners having arrived at the house of the informant and they are stated to have poured acid on the informant.

No. 72833 of 2019(2) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no acid injury has been found on the person of the informant, as is apparent from the report of the Medical Board annexed as Annexures 3 and 4 to the present petition. It is further submitted that on account of land dispute, the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case and they are having a clean antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 63 of 2019, GR No. 2003 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) ajay gupta/- U T
