2. This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 15.01.2024 passed in Mushari P.S. Case No. 45 of 2023 (G.R. No. 995 of 2023) and also for a direction to the respondent authorities to comply the order dated 18.05.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur East, in Mushari P.S. Case No. 45 of 2023.

In view of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court below for initiating contempt proceeding against the SHO concerned who is not complying the orders of the Magistrate and if such an application is filed by the petitioner before the concerned Court below then appropriate orders shall be passed within one week from the date of filing of the application.
