Mr. Vinay Krishna Tripthy ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-11-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Central Board of Secondary Education.

There appears to be a minor mistake at some level because of which the name of petitioner's mother has been typed in the Xth examination certificate and migration certificate, issued by the Central Board of Secondary Education (hereinafter referred to as the 'CBSE') inasmuch as in place of 'SHARDA DEVI', 'SHARDA DAVI' has been entered.

The petitioner has applied for correction, as has been asserted in the writ application.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15331 of 2017(2) dt.23-11-2017 2/2 Learned Counsel for the CBSE informs this Court that the CBSE has sought original certificates for the purpose of making necessary corrections, along with fee for the said purpose. Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner shall deposit the original certificates with the school within a period of one week from today.

Let the necessary corrections be made within four weeks from the date of receipt of the documents by the CBSE. This application is disposed of accordingly.
