JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-08-2018 The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents for properly investigating Saharsa Mahila P.S. Case No. 75 of 2017 and to bring the investigation to a logical conclusion.

Learned counsel for the State however has informed this Court that the investigation has been completed and the allegations have been found to be false.

Since the police has finally submitted the report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, no direction need be given to the investigating agency.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this writ petition is disposed off.
