The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 182 of 2017 arising out of Chiksaura P.S. Case No. 106 of 2016, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-III, Biharsharif, Nalanda.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 25.10.2016 and only six witnesses have been examined during trial till now.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 02.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3118

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49714 of 2017 (2) dt.10-01-2018 of 2017 by this Court. No any fresh ground has been raised in the present petition to reconsider the prayer for bail. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected for the present.
