2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections-399, 402, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections-25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.
3. Allegedly, on the tip off, the informant along with other police personnel reached at the place of occurrence. Seeing the police party, the miscreants riding on two motorcycles tried to flee away but on chase, three of them were arrested and on search of their persons, one country-made Katta with live cartridges and a mobile phone was recovered from possession of co-accused.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that for the allegation of recovery of pistol and two live cartridges, the petitioner is under incarceration for a period of eight months.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 170 of 2024.
7. Before accepting the bail bonds, the criminal antecedent of the petitioner shall be verified and if, it is found that he is involved in any other case except the case(s), mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition, his bail bonds shall not be accepted.
