1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(A) For directing the Respondent-Ist Set, especially the Respondent No.6 to take proper steps, as provided for under the law, for removal of encroachment made by the Respondent-IInd Set over the public land adjacent to Kheshra No.3062 & 3063, situated at Mauza Laldasi Ward No.16, Thana No.36, District Sitamarhi, Majorganj.

(B) For directing the Respondent- Ist Set, particularly the Respondent No.6 to initiate Encroachment Proceeding, issue notices to the Respondent-IInd Set and after measurement, remove the encroachment made by the Respondent- IInd Set.

(C) For directing the Respondent Authorities to take decision on the Representation dated 22.08.2024 filed by the Petitioner and covillagers, before the Respondent-Ist Set, for redressal of their grievances with respect to the encroachment made over the public land."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Majorganj, District- Sitamarhi, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
