JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2023 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Uchkagaon, District-Gopalganj, by filing appropriate objections to the notice dated 23.06.2022, issued under Section 3 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in connection with Encroachment case no. 02 of 2022-23. It is needless to state that in case, appropriate objections is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the Circle Officer, Uchkagaon, District-Gopalganj shall consider the same, in accordance with law and pass the final orders under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, forthwith.
