The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 57 of 2024 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 292 & 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 67, 67A of the I.T. Act.

As per the prosecution case, allegation against the petitioner is of sending obscene photographs of the daughter of the informant to the family of the fiance, due to which marriage was not solemnized.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 03-08-2024. Petitioner is a

It has been further submitted by the petitioner's counsel that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that there is no specific allegation of sexual assault against the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the daughter of the informant. It is submitted that co-accused, namely, Md. Sakib and the daughter of the informant were in relationship.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner. 7.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody of the petitioner and clean antecedent of the petitioner this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 57 of 2024.
