2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No.288 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(B), 66(D) of I.T. Act.
3. As per the FIR, the petitioner told the informant that he is an agent of LIC of Bajaj Finance Company and accordingly, the informant met the petitioner for the purpose of loan of Rs.10 lakhs. The informant gave full details to the petitioner and on the next day he got a call from one Ajay Kumar who told him that he is speaking from Bajaj Company. The informant gave full details as well as one time password due to which Rs.94,000/- got withdrawn from his account.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. There is no specific overt act against the petitioner. The specific allegation is against co-accused Ajay Kumar. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as considering the nature of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on his behalf is hereby rejected.
