JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) 08-05-2018 Since the grievance of the private respondent has now been addressed and redressed, this Court does not see any merit in the exercise which was contemplated or sought to be initiated by the learned Single Judge vide order dated 18.09.2017. It is not to suggest that the learned Single Judge in an appropriate case is precluded from initiating an exercise if the necessity for the same is felt in an appropriate case and at an appropriate time. The matter should be allowed to rest now.
