To issue an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondent authorities to remove the illegal encroachment made upon land situated at Mauza-Pathra, Thana no. 377, appertaining to Khata No. 836, Khesra No. 1491 and 1492, Rakba Total 5.5 decimal, which has been encroached by the respondents no. 7 and 8, due to which, the public at large is

(ii) To direct the respondent no. 5 to remove the entire encroachment made over the aforesaid land, for which Encroachment Case No. 08/202223 and 09/2022-23 have been instituted by the Circle Officer, Keoti, Darbhanga."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Darbhanga, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
