This is an application for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 43598 of 2019, which was dismissed for non-prosecution by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 12.09.2019. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that unfortunately the clerk of the counsel could not mark the said case in the office cause list and as such no one was present when the said case was called out.
