In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.459 of 2016, arising out of Motihari (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.318 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. This Court has perused the report of the Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court-II, East Champaran, Motihari, who has ensured this Court that the trial will be concluded in January, 2018 itself.
