This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Mansi P.S. Case No.381 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 394, 307, 326/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3.

It is alleged that the petitioner and others have fired at the victim and looted money and golden chain from him. The petitioner was caught on spot. He is in custody since 23.10.2022.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail for the present. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
