The petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328/302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only on suspicion and because she is step-mother of the deceased, the petitioner has been taken into custody and she is in jail along with her two small children. He further submits that the police has submitted final form under Section 306/34.

Considering the aforementioned fact and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
