The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Marhaurah P.S. Case No.179 of 2017 registered under Sections 379, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The gist of the allegation that from the account of the informant, Rs.40,000/- was transferred to saving bank A/c No.11421901289 of Samsul Haque, the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had no knowledge how the money was transferred in his account from the account of the informant. When the petitioner came to know about the transfer of the amount, the petitioner returned the amount to the informant.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above

No.29364 of 2018 (2) dt.18-05-2018 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran(Chhapra) in connection with Marhaurah P.S.
