The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 758 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission that the petitioner has no concern with the other co-accused persons and non one have received any injuries. The specific allegation has not been levelled against the petitioner and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2019.

Case No. 758 of 2019.
