ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 18-04-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Counsel for the Central Selection Recruitment Board (Constable Appointment) and learned counsel for the State are present.

2. The present application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No.8241 of 2020 which was dismissed for default due to non-compliance of order dated 22.08.2024.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that major defects have been removed but inadvertently one defect could not be removed, only due to this reason his application

Patna High Court MJC No.3574 of 2024(3) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 was dismissed for default. Counsel submits that he is ready to remove the defects and submits that in future such mistake shall not take place.

4. In the light of the submissions made and the reasons mentioned in the petition, let CWJC No.8241 of 2020 be restored to its original file subject to deposit of Rs.500/- in the account of Lawyers' Association and further ten days time is hereby granted to the petitioners to remove all the defects as pointed out by the stamp reporter.

5. Accordingly, this miscellaneous application is allowed.
