Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.C-11 91 of 2012, tr. No.1531 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 18 © and 27 (b) (II) of the Drug and Cosmetics Act, 1940. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a licensee medicine seller. On the date of inspection, his license was enforce. Petitioner has brought on record the renewal certificate as Annexure-2 to this petition. From the inspection report (Annexure-3), it appears that when the godown/shop of the petitioner was inspected everything was found correct. Further from the letters contained in Annexure-4 issued by
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32431 of 2018 (2) dt.05-06-2018 2/2 the Drug Inspector shows that the medicine sent for chemical test was found pure and true. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Complaint Case No.C-II 91 of 2012, Tr. No.1531 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
