2. The present M.J.C. application has been filed for non compliance of the order dated 09.01.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1252/2022.

3.Learned Counsel for the State submits that in compliance of the order dated 09.01.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1252/2022, payment of the admissible dues has already been paid to the petitioner which has been transferred through P.F.M.S in the account of the petitioner.

4. In response thereof, Learned Counsel for the

Patna High Court MJC No.3045 of 2023(2) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 petitioner submits that petitioner's grievance has not totally been redressed and at various levels, payments are still to be made.

5. In this view of the matter, the present M.J.C. application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner that if petitioner has still any grievance left, he may challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
