JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 12-07-2018 Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we are of the considered view that no indulgence into the matter is called for in the light of the detailed order passed by the learned Writ Court. However, in case the petitioner feels that the report from the Forensic Science Laboratory is not proper, has been issued without taking note of considerations which are relevant, the petitioner would have liberty to challenge the report of the
Patna High Court LPA No.1486 of 2017(5) dt.12-07-2018 2/2 Forensic Science Laboratory and thereafter seek benefit in the matter.
Except for granting the aforesaid liberty, which has been declined by the learned Writ Court, we dispose of the matter.
