1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i) To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent No.6 to remove the encroachment from the land appertaining to Khata No.3124, Thana No.133, Khesra No.2168, situated at Village- Muja, P.S.- Paroo, District- Muzaffarpur, which has been

(ii) To direct the respondent No.6 to initiate a proceeding u/s 3(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act 1956 and conclude the same with a logical end, taking into account the fact that the land in question has been recorded as Gairmazarua Aam Land/Bihar Sarkar in the records of right.

(iii) To direct the respondent No.6 to take appropriate action against the private respondents who have illegally encroached the land contrary to the provision of law."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Paroo, District-Muzaffarpur, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
