JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-10-2019 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.7.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 888 of 2019 by the petitioner by which he has been granted anticipatory bail with direction to petitioner to surrender within a period of six weeks. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that as petitioner was under treatment he could not appear before the court within the time and in support of his contention he has submitted certificate issued by one Doctor, who appears to be a Homeopathic Doctor and from the certificate it appears that petitioner was under treatment from 10.7.2019 to 28.8.2019 and further appears that certificate does not show what type of

As such, I do not find any genuine ground for not appearing in the court below within time. However, petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below and pray for regular bail, which shall be disposed of considering the fact that he was earlier granted anticipatory bail and could not appear in the court below.
