2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Saran Mahila P.S. Case No. 68 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 79, 111, 141, 143, 145, 98, 296 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Sections 13 and 14 of the POCSO Act, Section 79 of the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015, and Section 16 of the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others were caught with minor girls who were employed in the orchestra allegedly being run by the petitioner and others. The petitioner is a woman and is in custody since 03.08.2025.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70086 of 2025(2) dt.09-10-2025 2/2 orchestra is being run by the husband of the petitioner, one Lalan, and the petitioner has no role or involvement in the said business.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody and the fact that the petitioner is a woman, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Additional Sessions Judge (POCSO), Saran at Chapra / concerned Court below in connection with Saran Mahila P.S. Case No. 68 of 2025.

8. At the time of furnishing the bail bond, the petitioner shall file an affidavit undertaking that she shall not engage herself in any manner in the business of orchestra in future.
