NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 07-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Union of India. Petitioner was appointed on the post of Tailor in the office of the respondent-Deputy Commandant, Camp Commandant, HQ Mizoram Range, Assam Rifles and resigned from the said post on 30.06.1998.
It is submitted that the petitioner discharged his duty for 10 years, six months and 21 days and is entitled for pension, Gratuity, Leave Encashment etc.
Considering the nature of claim raised by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the Commandant, HQ Mizoram Range, Assam Rifles which will be considered
Patna High Court CWJC No.10168 of 2018(2) dt.07-12-2018 2/2 within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. Any admissible dues would be paid in the account of the petitioner who is resident of village-Hasan Ali Bazar, Manjhi, P.S.-Manjhi, District-Saran within a period of one month thereafter. If petitioner is not entitled for payment of the claims as raised by him, the same would be communicated to the petitioner by registered post.
