The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No.83 of 2018 registered under Sections 420 and 406 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the allegation that deposit of rupees one lac fifteen thousand was made in the account of the co-accused Vijay Kumar and the petitioner is simply a customer advisor of Tata Motors, Ananya show room having no criminal antecedent, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief
