Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Masaurdhi PS Case No.126 of 2018 (Special Case No.1827 of 2018), registered under Sections 30(a)/37(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

There is recovery of 10 liters of Mahua liquor and allegation is that petitioner used to brew liquor and sell to consumers; whereas learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of false implication and nothing has been recovered. Having considered the recovery from the house of the petitioner, the prayer of the bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Masaurdhi PS Case No.126 of 2018 (Special Case No.1827 of 2018), pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna.
