Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 67 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The matter is of love affair. Petitioner did not take away the victim girl. Moreover, the matter has been compromised between the parties vide Annexure-2. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 11.07.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

No.64916 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in connection with Bahaduepur P.S. Case No. 67 of 2015.
