JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-10-2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that two cases bearing L.A.R.R.A. (DBG) Case No.1511 of 2017-18 and L.A.R.R.A (DBG) Case No.1512 of 2017-18 are pending since 2017 and the same have not been disposed of. He further submits that direction may be given to the concerned authority for expeditious disposal of the same.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent-State has no objection to this prayer.

3. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the parties, this case is disposed of and direction is given to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16077 of 2024(2) dt.21-10-2024 2/2 respondent no.2 i.e. Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Darbhanga for expeditious disposal of the said cases and petitioner shall assist the said authority for the same.
