JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner, who is the father-in-law of the deceased, is in custody in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 05 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 498A and 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the deceased died due to poisoning during treatment at P.M.C.H.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.08.2019. He further submits that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and he is aged about 70 years. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the father-inlaw of the deceased and he is aged about 70 years, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67148 of 2019(3) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 05 of 2019.
