2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting wife of the informant by means of farsa.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that doctor has found the injury caused by the petitioner to be simple in nature. Rest of the allegations are ornamental in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73060 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Madhubani in connection with Basopatti P.
