JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-06-2018 By way of the present application, the petitioners seek to modify the order dated 20.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46500 of 2017, by which, petitioners were enlarged on bail with certain conditions and one of the conditions was that "till conclusion of trial of this case, petitioners will make their attendance before the concerned police station of the area in the first week of every month, otherwise, his bail bond shall be cancelled.

However, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that now the case has been transferred to the C.I.D., and, therefore, the aforesaid condition may be modified. In such view of the matter the order dated 20.09.2017 is modified to the extent that the fourth condition mentioned in the last page of order dated 20.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46500 of 2017 be read as 'petitioners shall appear before the C.I.D as and when called, failing which, their bail bonds shall be cancelled'. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunil/- U T
