The petitioner has prayed for bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 354, 354(c ), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in the FIR, all the named accused persons used to threaten the informant to upload obscene photographs of his daughter, if he do not take back the Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 76 of 2020.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is delay of one week in lodging the FIR without any explanation of delay. No evidence is brought on record to support the prosecution story. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody

The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Purnea in connection with Tikapatti P.S.
