Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 263, 270, 278, 308, 326 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is that he violated the policy of air pollution despite of having got notice. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with
