The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 310 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354B and 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the allegation made against petitioner no.1 Bharat Rawat that he outraged the modesty of the informant, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. His application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29863 of 2018 (2) dt.18-05-2018 So far as petitioner no.2 Anamika Devi is concerned, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, she is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua, Kaimur in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 310 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
