This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 59215 of 2017. It has been submitted that petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by the aforesaid order but they could not surrender in the court below within stipulated time. In such circumstances, this modification application is allowed to the extent that the time for surrender of the petitioners in the court below is extended for further four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. No.30364 of 2018 (2) dt.16-05-2018 2/2 petitioners surrender in the court below, they will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 19.12.2017 passed in Cr.
