2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 176 of 2021 registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a matter of cheque bounce. Petitioner is alleged to have issued the cheque in question which has bounced due to insufficiency of funds.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
