The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No.772 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 406 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Vide order dated 27.11.2019, the case was sent to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna and both the parties were directed to appear before the learned Mediator on 15.12.2019. The learned Mediator has submitted her report dated 18.12.2019 wherein she has recorded that due to efforts taken in the mediation proceeding, parties have resolved their dispute by resorting their conjugal life.

No.68861 of 2019(3) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 Mr. Amrit Kumar, learned counsel for the informant has also submitted that the informant is living together with the petitioner in her matrimonial house happily. In view of the submissions advanced at the Bar as also the report of the learned Mediator, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge-IX-cum-ACJM, Patna in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No.772 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
