JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 22-03-2023 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34060 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to some unavoidable reason, the petitioner neither deposited Rs. 40,000/- before District Legal Services Authority, Begusarai as directed by this Court nor he could furnish the bail bonds on time. The petitioner is directed to comply the order dated 23.09.2022 to deposit Rs. 40,000/- before

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17000 of 2023(2) dt.22-03-2023 2/2 District Legal Services Authority, Begusarai. The petitioner is also directed to deposit Rs. 3000/- before the District Legal Services Authority, Begusarai.

On the ground mentioned in the modification petition, the same is allowed. The period of surrender is further extended for a period of four weeks from today. The order dated 23.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34060 of 2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, the petition stands allowed.
