This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Ghoshi (Okari) P.S. Case No.319 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act. 3.

As per the prosecution case, firing was going on between some criminals and when the Police reached there the criminals fled away. From the spot, one tractor loaded with sand was recovered.

During the investigation, the name of the petitioner has come. The petitioner is accused in 22 more similar and serious criminal cases. He is in custody since 27.02.2025. 5.

From the aforesaid facts, it appears that the petitioner is a member of an organized gang.

Considering the aforesaid facts and also the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70144 of 2025(2) dt.09-10-2025 2/2 antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
