This modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 9.3.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 12770 of 2018.

It has been submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that inadvertently, the father's name of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned in bail petition as "Suresh Prasad Yadav" in place of "Anandi Prasad Yadav". Likewise in the same petition, the address of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned as "r/o village Mundichak, P.S. Tilkamanjhi, Distt. Bhagalpur", in place of "r/o Cherapadi, P.S. Dharhara, Distt. Munger". Similarly, in prayer portion of the bail petition, the name of the court and district has wrongly been mentioned as "Chief Judicial

No.31881 of 2018 (2) dt.27-06-2018 2/3 Magistrate, Bhagalpur", whereas it should have been "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia", and due to that, same mistakes occurred in the cause title and 7th line of last paragraph of the order dated 09.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 12770 of 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in father's name and address of the petitioner as well as the name of the court and district in the prayer portion of the bail petition.

Accordingly, this modification application is allowed to the extent that father's name and address of the petitioner in the cause title of the order dated 09.03.2018 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 12770 of 2018, in place of "Suresh Prasad Yadav" be read as "Anandi Prasad Yadav" and the address of the petitioner in place of "r/o village Mundichak, P.S. Tilkamanjhi, Distt. Bhagalpur" be read as "r/o Cherapadi, P.S. Dharhara, Distt. Munger. Similarly, the name of the court and district in 7th line of the last paragraph of the order, in place of "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur", be read as "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia".

The time for surrender of the petitioner before the court below is extended by further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
