1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 69, 352 and 351(2) of the BNS, 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and in sum and substance the informant alleges that on false promise of marriage, petitioner established relation and thereafter resiled from the promise of marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case was taken up on 11.11.2025 and 17.11.2025 and a specific

No.72401 of 2025(4) dt.27-11-2025 2/3 statement was made that petitioner and the informant during pendency of the anticipatory bail application have performed their marriage and are leading a peaceful conjugal life, it was also submitted that petitioner and the informant on the next date of hearing shall be in the Court.

5. Today, when the case is taken up, the learned counsel submits that petitioner and the informant are present in the Court.

6. Though, the Court had not called the petitioner and the informant, but since a submission was made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner on 17.11.2025 that parties have performed their marriage and petitioner and the informant shall remain present in the Court, as such, the Court recorded the said submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

7. The petitioner and the informant are present in the Court and they submit that they have performed their marriage and are leading a peaceful conjugal life.

8. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner also submits that the said fact has also been brought by way of supplementary affidavit, which is taken on record.

9. Learned A.P.P. for the State also does not oppose

10. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsels for the parties, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 51 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of BNSS.

11. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application stands allowed.
