JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Darbhanga Town P. S. Case No. 29 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 506 and 34 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. it appears that the petitioner no.1 assaulted by sword on the head of the informant, causing injury, against petitioner no.2 of assault by Axe to the informant, causing injury to him.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that F.I.R. itself shows that there is dispute with respect to partition and injuries are simple in nature, which he has stated on oath in Para 11 of this petition.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73699 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Darbhanga, in connection with Darbhanga Town P.
