Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 180 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(a)/45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners. The alleged recovery has been made from joint of the petitioners. They have no concern with the alleged recovered articles. Petitioners have no criminal

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Araria in connection with Bounsi P.S.
