JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-06-2018 Earlier the petitioner along with others were granted the privilege of pre arrest bail vide order dated 24.07.2017, passed in Cr. APP (SJ) No. 1906 of 2017. however, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that as his mother was suffering from brain hemorrhage, he could not surrender within the time prescribed by this court and, therefore, prayed that he may be allowed further time to surrender before the court below. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order rather petitioner is directed to surrender within a period of three weeks from today and pray for regular bail and if any such application is filed, the court below after considering the fact that petitioner was earlier granted the privilege of pre arrest bail, shall pass an appropriate order, if possible on same day.

With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
