Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as the petitioner has prayed for some document but that has not been supplied to the petitioner as such he could not surrender .

From perusal of the record it appears that the prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected and the petitioner was directed to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail.
