The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 36 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 64(2)K/65(2)/305 of the B.N.S. 2023 and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

The petitioner is accused of committing rape with a 12 year old child. He is in jail since 05.07.2024. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
