This application for regular bail arises out of Mokama Rail P.S. Case No. 28 of 2018, disclosing the offences under Sections 394 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation in the First Information Report is of having snatched the informant's Mobile Phone when she was travelling in a train. It is further alleged that the informant's husband had chased the accused persons after they had snatched the informant's Mobile. Subsequently, her husband was found killed.

Considering the gravity of the offence alleged and the statement made in paragraph-3 of the application which

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70102 of 2019(3) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 discloses petitioner's involvement in several criminal cases, I am not inclined to grant him regular bail at this stage. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
