2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 304 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act 2018.

3. As per the prosecution case, 96 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from the vehicle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious

He further submits that the petitioner is ready to donate Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) in some charitable organization without accepting his guilt.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge Excise-2nd, Araria/concerned Court in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 304 of 2024.

7. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) in Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Bela, Muzaffarpur and produce the receipt of the same before the Court below. The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted after verifying the genuineness of the receipt produced by the petitioner.

8. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Dumra
